Effective Recruiting Strategies is a program that provides admission officers and athletic coaches with a deliberate and strategic approach to engage student-athletes. The program guides school representatives in their efforts to create interest, deepen understanding, offer value, and sustain relationships with prospective students, their families, and other key players in the decision making process. Effective Recruiting Strategies: · Strengthens the skills required to recognize and understand what is most important to prospective students and their families. · Provides recruiters with a focused process that targets the aspirations, issues, and motives of students and family members to ensure that offers for admission are made to students that can contribute significantly to the school community and beyond. · Creates a common language among school professionals to improve communication and share best practices toward recruiting students best suited for admission. · Enhances the ability of admissions officers and athletic coaches to successfully guide prospective students, their parents, and other decision makers through the admissions process. |
